More of the same from the files of Police Squad! Still a few laughs, but it's all wearing a bit thin by now.

Frank Drebin (Leslie Nielsen) is married to Jane Spencer (Priscilla Presley). Ed Hocken (George Kennedy) and Nordberg (O.J. Simpson) drops by their friends place to explain an investigation. Rocco Dillon (Fred Ward) and Tanya Peters (Anna Nicole Smith) have plans of planting a bomb in the Academy Awards. Much like the Awards ceremony on the film, this third and last film was sort of a disaster. It had glimpses of Star Wars, Jurassic Park, The Great Escape and more. Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult may not have been as successful in terms of the laughs, it does still bring in a few funny moments.

A little less funny than the first two, but it still brings the laughs. The scene that spoofs 'Untouchables' was my favorite.

If you've enjoyed the previous installment, this wraps up the trilogy nicely. Although Zucker is no longer directing, this retains the well-known slapstick/punny humor of the two previous. Plus it makes fun of the Oscars.
