Violent ex-con Alec Baldwin steals a cop’s badge and gun. With both, he raises hell in Miami. Jennifer Jason Leigh is his kind hearted girlfriend while Fred Ward is the cop trying to catch Baldwin. It has a quirky and sometimes dark sense of humor. Alec Baldwin is having fun as the wily criminal.
