This was my favorite film as a child. Growing up I used to love everything about it and to this day I still respect it. Personally my favorite Disney film. Simba is a bamf. Although as much as I love this film I do recall crying when Mufasa died. Very sad moment indeed, haha

One of the best Animation films of all time. The music is some of the best music ever put into a movie. See It.

An animation classic. But, unfortunately, that's not saying much.

Great music. Great villain. Funny side-kicks. This is one of the better Disney films.

WOW!!! When people ask me about my favorite movies this one is always at the top of my list. I LOVE this movie. This movie is touching and funny. The animation is done so well you really feel for the characters and what they go through. With beautiful music and AWESOME pictures this movie has become a true classic.

I think this is my non CGI Disney favorite. It's an animation masterpiece, with great use of colors and representation of african's landscapes. The music is great and voices could not be better. It's dark, wich makes watchable for adults, and ends up to be timeless. If you're not a big fan of animated, moreover, Disney, don't be afraid. You wont be disappointed at all.

Hamlet for kids. This film is full of Oedipal complexes, power worship and the sense of entitlement which enshrines leadership. It's good to see Disney getting their hands dirty.

This is a classic example of why Disney is ahead of it's game when it comes to making wholesome family movies that both adults and kids can appreciate. Not only was the music beautifully done but it far outshines any other soundtrack in it's catagory. The characters are loveable, relateable and charmingly witty. There are a lot of solid life lessons that can be learned from watching this movie (as cheesy as that sounds, I completely believe it) and for that reason I believe it is a must see for all kids.

Disney is once again in top form. Everything is perfect: songs, voice talent, animation, story - this is the last great hand-drawn film before CGI and computers took center stage. Perfect for young, old and everyone in between.

This was the first Disney animated full length feature that was not taken from a well know or famous childrens story. It was also the first Disney movie that I noticed them using computer graphics mixed with the traditional 2D animation. When I saw this movie the first time I thought it was brilliant, I loved the story, I loved the music, I bought the soundtrack, and I still have the collectable trading cards somewhere buried in my attic. Ok yeah I went a little overboard but I had a good time doing it. The movie was great and it is one that I could watch multiple times over and over again.
