Caught this on the tube this weekend as i had never seen it before.Yet another film where i shouldn't have listened to all the critics and just went on my own initiative and saw the damn thing as it wasn't nearly as bad as alot of people were saying, only thing is the ending was depresseing however life is like that sometimes! Loved the cast in this, expecially my number 4 fave actor of all time Joaquin Phoenix who is the main charector in this film proby fireman Jack Morrison who after saving a worker from a burning industrial highrise ends up trapped himself and as his team leader Capt. Mike Kennedy(John Travolta) and his other fellow fire fighters look to rescue him, we look back in time as he shows us his joining of company 49 and life associated with, Alot of critics had panned …
