"Now you know how it feels to be the punchline". This horror flick is about a young man, his high school sweetheart and his ex-con brother embark on a road trip. After playing a cruel trick with the CB on truck driver "Rusty Nail", they finds themselves fighting for their lives against the psychotic trucker. I thought this movie was going to be bad with stupid and annoying characters and horrible writing but this movie didn't suck. I enjoyed this movie and I felt sorry for the tucker even when he did try to kill some people.

Lacked interesting leads and a better history about the psychotic truck driver who fancies playing his own pranks. Leelee Sobieski's character or acting (maybe both) was dull, Walker's character not heroic enough and Steve Zahn was somewhat appealing though. This felt like a poor-mans Cape Fear. Soundtrack kept it going but the plot somewhat annoying.

Pretty typical action / thriller with some hot, young actors of the day. It's all by-the-books here, kind of reminds me of The Hitcher. It passes the time, nothing more.

Even tho Leelee Sobieski was one of my favorite actresses at the time (not anymore), this movie definitely wasn't a hit. However, I remember watching it with my brother and it seemed like an okay way to pass the time. Definitely not great horror though.
