At one point in this movie, four actors playing mutant characters are carrying Marlon Brando in drag upon a humvee with the wheels removed. Movie, can you just look at yourself and see what you are doing?

Laughably poor ham science fiction as Marlon Brando and Val Kilmer try to out over-act each other surrounded by the cast of Cats. An absurd film that still manages to bore.

It was apparently a nightmare making this film and, what do you know, it's kind of a nightmare trying to sit through this muddled mess as well. When a film has problems, it shows up on screen - and here's the proof.
