Rating of

It's a 70s-set claustrophobic shoot-out with a killer cast that is, unfortunately, mostly wasted. I love the idea - it seems guns and bullet wounds in most movies are treated as an afterthought most of the time, but here, every hit counts. It gets pretty dark at times, but Armie Hammer and Sharlto Copley help lighten the mood. Overall, it was a decent effort, but not quite as good as I was expecting.

Rating of

90 minute action thriller that is literally thirty minutes of shooting the shit followed by one hour of shooting bullets. It's an extremely thin plot which stretches even thinner considering how the shootout even happens at all. But the cast is fun to watch; Armie Hammer and Brie Larson especially. Sharlto Copley is very funny too. It has no pretensions as to what it is and you'll get what you pay for in the end.
