A beautifully constructed film, and part of the reason is the amazing cast. Mahershala Ali and Naomie Harris get a lot of deserved credit, but all of the supporting characters including the guys who played Kevin, helped to build this beautiful story, and deserve recognition as well.

A good movie, worth seeing, but I felt it suffered from having so many time jumps requiring different actors playing the same roles. Might have been more effective as a novel -- there was nothing about it that felt particularly cinematic, despite some pretty shots.

Moonlight fully deserves to win the Academy Award for Best Picture of 2016.
