This movie seemed unsure as to whether it's a psychological thriller, a slasher movie, or an action movie. Stallone is pretty good and takes the story seriously though. Some of the cast is pretty good as one-note as their roles are such as Robert Patrick; Jeffrey Wright, and Charles S. Dutton. Polly Walker and Kris Kristofferson are wasted though.

Well crafted mystery/thriller about serial killings in an isolated detox clinic. Plenty of plot twists and a surprise revelation. Fantastic atmoshpere.
