Tries its best with what its given (low budget, no-name cast and cheap effects). It's not for lack of effort, but rather, lack of funds that hurt. The makeup is absurd (though some of the death scenes are decent) and the dialogue is pretty awful. The idea reminded me of one of the better short stories in World War Z - so at least that part was interesting.
