Robot and Frank is both touching and moving when it comes to the movie story line, as the chemistry between the old man and the robot was spot on great and the highlight of the movie easily, but I really wish this was in a better movie. The movie isn't terrible but the movie didn't really interest in some scenes and I'm not going to re-watch this movie anytime soon. The movie is decent at least.

This is a cute and touching story to work on. The old-man-meets-robot is a decent plot to create a dramatic film. It is just sad that it struggles a bit on its ending.

Sweet story about the relationship between an older man and his robot. I enjoyed the two's companionship and the subtle, smart humor. It has great acting, an unpredictable plot, and genuine emotion. And there's a thoughtful message about aging citizens. This is one overlooked film worth seeking out.

Saw the trailer upon it's intial theatrical release last summer and finally had a look at it this weekend. Not a bad little story that centers around an aging theif Frank (Frank Langella) in the not so distant future who is getting on and because he is all alone his son (James Marsden) gets him a robot to not only look after him but keep him company somthing Frank who set in his old ways, wants nothing to do with however it's not long before Frank starts to bond with the little mechanical guy by teaching him how to theif. The two working together try to pull off a jewelry heist making Frank once again feel young as he suffers from alzheimers. A good feel good film that has some stellar acting in it.
