While slanted towards the Catholics' point of view, For Greater Glory does a good job of providing a basic outline of the Cistero War that gripped Mexico during the 1920s. The cast does good in their respective roles. It's always good to see Peter O'Toole. There's a lot more violence than I'd expect given its clear attempt to be a general audience film in terms of content which is not bad of course.
