The story is about a former member of Britain's Elite Special Air Service comes out of retirement in order to save his mentor and must face three highly-skilled assassins along the way. This movie has good acting but the film felt a bit eh, I mean the movie lacks on characters and the story wasn't that mind blowing.

When you like a simple story and a lot of action. Rent this one. No surprises here, just action.

Even though a movie is not necessarily bad, sometimes making snarky comments while watching it will make it more entertaining. Killer Elite was that kind of movie for me. At a key point where a third party enters the scene and starts belittling the two spies, all I could think about was, "...he starts MONOLOGUING!" We all know how that pans out. Killer Elite was good with the action and car chases. It did have surprises from time to time, but also included were the eye rolling, sappy love interest scenes. The movie felt thirty minutes too long, but it did not feel disappointing.

robert de nero , jason statham and clive owen thats 3 reasons to watch this movie , its a good film statham has to kill some sas soldiers in order to free robert de nero who is being held captive . meanwhile clive owen is hunting him down. the showdowns between owen and statham are good. all the actors in the movie are good and work well together . entertaining movie

Meh - standard action flick with Jason Statham playing the same role he usually does. I did like the scenes between him and Clive Owen, but otherwise, there was nothing here to that made it stand out above any other action film.

A former hunter fails to save his long-time mentor, he then finds himself doing something he thought he forgotten. *** Honestly speaking, I don't get the story. ***SPOILER ALERT*** So Jason Statham has been set-up right? How? Anyway, this was really action-packed film, a good one. I don't like seeing so much blood in films, but this one is really good in action plus I can't resist not watching Robert De Niro; I'm satisfied on his not-so-little contribution on action scenes. Again, I love the action but I don't get the story. (Can someone enlighten me?)
