Ice Age pushed it a little far coming out with a 4th film. I came in expecting a good movie, cause I feel the franchise handled the first three films perfectly. This movie was flat, unimaginative, and unfunny. It is unfortunate (hopeful) end to what is a great franchise for families. I honestly could not stand the voice actors they chose for the new characters. Lopez and whoever played 'Peaches' drove me up the wall. My kid seemed to ike it though, so don't avoid it for the family. Just don't be expecting a movie that you can fully enjoy while watching it with your kids.

The same gang are here: Manny, Diego, and Sid. Sid was plainly irritating, Diego too soft and Manny is the only likable from the franchise. The song and dance sequence from the antagonists was boring, soundtrack uninteresting and just lacks the humor. Premise of revenge was definitely not kid friendly and the pirate schtick just gets old. Ice Age: Continental Drift could have been better, and should have finished with the last one.

I did not stay for this whole movie, i know it was meant for kids but these usually hit the spot. This one almost did, There were funny parts to it like the animal with the flag and what not. The story again was bunk and un-understandable whatever, live long and proster or asoijt048wt9piojf

ok it was a slow and boring day around the house so i decided to take my siblings to the movies the movie we chose just so happend to be ice age 4 well all i can say to parents who have not taken there kids to see this movie already is make sure u want to see it as well as the kids because my siblings got bored and we had to wind up leaving early i however loved the movie and wanted them to stay longer but they would not i thought it was cute and fun and funny for all ages but my siblings as i sayed got restless so i say either make sure u want to see it or wait for dvd or blue ray just some advice due to my personal bad experience

A decent film in the Ice Age series. Not better than previous Ice Ages, but still entertaining enough to enjoy. Scrat gets more stage time, and it is the funniest and most enjoyable part of the movie. Who doesn't love an acorn-obsessed saber-toothed squirrel? Kids will like the movie, and want to watch it again and again. I will say, however, the movie drags a bit in the middle, but has a good ending.
