My my my!!! I often thought during the reading of Breaking Dawn on how they were going to make a movie on it? Low and behold the final book's adaptation arrives on the big screen. Kudos to the make up crew who made Bella's pregnant transformation look all too real, often at times Kristen Stewart almost looked anorexic (not close from real life) Newly appointed director Bill Condon gets his turn at bat as he adapts to the big screen what must've been the hardest of the series to adapt. Read the book and you will see why. I found this movie good however like i always say the book was way better. Breaking dawn part 2 is to be released in 2012 and i only hope it fills the gaps that were leftout of the book!

I feel like the Twilight saga takes a giant step back with this fourth film. While the rivalry between vampire and werewolf mythology that the series has created is compelling on the surface, the film instead contains mostly lots of talking, more moody glances (ala the first film), and soap opera-y declarations. The final twenty minutes is the film's best as the stakes and action are ramped up tremendously, but the film takes it's sweet time getting back into the flow of the story and that hurts the pacing. As with each film, the best part of the film is the soundtrack, which succeeds independent of the film.
