A criminal psychologist ends up with a murder limb transplant and find that an executed serial killed has been hacked up and his body parts spread among a series of other amputees. Pretty impressive when I saw it around 10 years old.

Early 90s horror that even with Jeff Fahey and Brad Dourif has little to recommend. The death row possession angle has been done time and time again (enough that it even get's a short in the Simpsons Treehouse of Horror Halloween special) and this isn't a particularly interesting or good example.
