A high strung father-to-be is stuck on a road trip with an aspiring actor in order to make it to his child's birth on time. This movie feels like a remake of planes, trains, and automobiles, this movie was okay I mean Zach Galifianakis who his always playing the same roles in every like the fat idiot.

I HATED The Hangover so I expected to hate this movie as well but Due Date was so damn funny & even though I hate Jamie Foxx & go out of my way to avoid his movies, He wasn't as annoying as he usually is or I expected him to be in this 1 but maybe it's because I liked this movie so much

It would rank higher but just like Dinner for Schmucks, it seemed a bit mean-spirited - I mean Robert Downey Jr. punches a kid AND spits on a dog. Still, he and Zach Galifianakis make a good duo, and even though it seems very random at times, it's still a pretty good road trip comedy.

Not as laugh out loud funny as you might expect, nor as silly and madcap. The duo of Galafianakis and Downey Jr. have true chemistry and the film carries an emotional core that puts in more in the class of a good buddy road movie like "Planes, Trains, & Automobiles," rather than, say, "Roadtrip."

"Due Date" is a comedy film revolves on Peter (Robert Downey Jr.) on his way to his wife due on her birth encountered Ethan (Zach Galifianakis) on his way to Hollywood. The journey of both makes this movie such an adventure! Oh yeah! From its trailer, I knew it will not disappoint me. This is not just a comedy- this must also be considered an adventure film. Very entertaining performances by Robert Downey Jr and Zach Galifianakis- i love his "Hollywood Walk". I like the characters Peter and Ethan, very good to be buddies on a comedy film. I HAD FUN! =D

However you look at it, this film is basically a different take on 'Planes, Trains and Automobiles'. The major difference here is that the characters are not realistic and the humor is raunchy. Almost all of the laughs are contained in many hilarious situations separated throughout. Most of them being in the back half of the movie. It's not a great comedy, but the hilarious situations presented are worth your time should you choose to see it.

This film tells a great story about how a friendship is built up, And does it in avery humerous way. Showing a promise means something, the aspiring actor Ethan who is recovering from his fathers death offers a hitchhike ride to a man who is yet to become very close too. The film was hysterical and was written brillaintly. The film has a great comedy run and is of a high humor I have never experienced, The casting was also a superb match as Robert Downey JR portrayed his character the best way possible, and what a perfect match ofthe character Ethan. I mus say this film was an easy 3.5/4 and would reccomend te film to anyone who is in need of a good laugh.
