Schumacher surpasses himself and manages to make a film even worse than Batman Forever. George Clooney and Uma Thurman shamefacedly trudged their the way to the bank, we all made our way to the exits. Abysmal.

Laughably bad sequel. Singlehandedly ended the last Batman film series, with it's abundance of horribly stupid one-liners, odd costume choices and dumb plot built on tired cliches.

George Clooney, what a terrible choice for Batman. Chris O'Donnell could've been passable if he didn't overplay it (everyone in the theater was laughing hysterically at his "dramatic" lines). Filled with so much cheese they should've passed out bottles of wine when you came in the door.

You have to think that director Joel Schumacher (who has made some great films) was not so oblivious to make such an obviously bad film and was going for a high level of tongue-in-cheek camp. He fails epically, but if treated as what it was perhaps intended to be - an over-the-top parade of silliness, it can be a good film to make fun of with beer and friends.

Yet another Joel Schumacher piece of crap. A very well-assembled cast (though Alicia Silverstone should stick to "Clueless") and a very abominable delivery. When I was ten years old, this movie was the bomb, but now that I have sense, I see this picture as a giant waste of time. Don't be had by George Clooney, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Uma Thurman...rid yourself of the memory of this tragic abomination by Hollywood's worst working director (next to Uwe Boll, but that goes without saying, of course).
