Stuck somewhere between the first two "Evil Dead" films and "Monty Python and the Holy Grail," "Army of Darkness" is totally off-kilter, but is no doubt entertaining.

If the first two were silly, this one is just ridiculous- in a good way, of course. Every time he said "groovy" or "baby" I died a little.

The good the bad am the guy with the gun. The third part in the Evil Dead trilogy. An S-Mart employee is sucked into a time warp taking him to the fourteenth-century England. He fights demons with a chainsaw, shotgun and a '73 Oldsmobile to get a book to save the world. This movie is funny and bad-ass.

"It wasn't always like this." - Ash. The film had elements of Terry Gilliam direction, which this rater s not fond of. Shaky camera direction and uninteresting plot compared to the first and second of the franchise. Humor felt forced and some action sequences felt cartoonish. It reminded this of LOTR and Pirates of the Caribbean where the undead was being battled by humans, but with a much poor special effects. Not one of the best closers of a well known franchise, it was worth viewing nevertheless.

Great movie! Though not good to call this one a horror movie. Such a funny movie, and great storyline!

The cheesiest and silliest of the trilogy, but still a lot of fun and with loads of tongue-in-cheek quotable lines.

Most of what needs to be said about this movie has been said. It is a smart, funny, take on a traditional Horror movie. As always Bruce Campbell is great.

5 Words "Give me some sugar baby." Greatest Bruce Campbell movie ever if you know someone who hasn't seen it get them to. Because it is just classic. "GOOD,BAD I'M THE ONE WITH THE GUN."

Totally different than the Evil Dead films, but in a fantastic way. Still enjoyable. The perfect B-movie experience.

As a B-Movie/Cult Movie connoisseur, this just might be my "Holy Grail". One liners, chainsaws, and boom-sticks galore...hilarious and action packed!
