Movie was pretty boring and predictable. I never felt any attachment to the characters or any interet really. Many crime movies have been done better.

A charismatic monster is still a monster. It doesn't matter how many people remain silent. It doesn't matter if you like him and want to have a drink with him. Interesting story but hated the coda of this movie.

Director Ridley Scott masterfully recreates the time period of the story he is telling with tremendous accuracy. I wish the story had gone a little deeper emotionally, but as far as telling a straightforward crime story, it's pretty slick.

Nice movie. Nice story. Nothing great happends, except a couple of scenes where DW wants to deliver an Al Pacino scene yelling and getting cranky. He doesn't, but firstly because of the lack of heart and passion in this movie. Sadly to say, The Scott's bros. are starting to look more like each other. And sadly, is not happening that the worst is looking like the best. Oh well...

This movie takes a while to warm up, but by the end it is a pretty descent film, definitely worth seeing.

This was really good, but not amazing. I feel like there were some awkward gaps due to some not quite perfect editing. But Denzel..."My man."

This is not be be-all, end-all of crime & drug films, but it is a good movie. I like the way it shows all sides : gangster, family man, dirty cops, good cops - it raises a lot of questions about right and wrong and leaves you to decide.

This was a pretty ordinary movie with nothing over the top but still ok to watch. I still think blow is the ultimate drug trafficking movie and this movie does not even come close.
