Up is a touching(ish) story with lots of adventure. However, every event that occured, while not exactly predictable was to be expected. Every sad moment and every happy moment was just so contrived that there was nothing really special about any of it. At most I will say it was cute and fun. It was humurous and watchable.

A beautifully-told human story of the lengths to which one will go to find solace in sorrow, "Up" is Pixar's second best film (second only to the brilliant and unprecedented "Wall-E") and will surely go down in history as a classic animated picture. Though it will not be, I believe firmly that it should be up for best picture this year, and it will surely lose Best Animated Feature to "The Fantastic Mr. Fox," and even still, this movie had me at once in tears of joy and sorrow. A great movie. Valuable in every way.

Another gem from the guys at Pixar. No, it's not as good as their previous effort, Wall-E, but a must see. Especially in a week year for movies. It's just too bad this film blows its wad in the touching first 5 minutes.

Up is a great movie about living your live and love. The movie is really well done so that it is funny and touching. I love the talking dogs! The animation is also really good. The voice actors were well chosen. Fun for the whole family, really not just for kids.

Well, no one's perfect, huh? Up is a nice flick but has some pixar cliches, wich shows that they started recicly theyselves. Is not bad, but Incredibles and Walle are far better.

Up is one of the best movies of 2009. It was funny, witty and just a lot of fun to watch. The talking dogs were a riot. See this movie!

Pixar does it again, with another amazing full length feature on the big screen. This is Pixar's 10th film and their reputation still amazes many. The art work is extraordinarily amazing. You know a Pixar movie when you see one just by the way the artwork is rendered so well. The voicing is astounding, playing the characters like they should. The background artwork is truly something they had to have taken time on, because their intake on precision is outstanding. As well for the writing: It's clever, unique and very original and I've never seen anything like this movie. I give this movie a 4 out of 4.
