There's lots of big, raunchy laughs in "Zach and Miri," but also some brief moments of sadness that make them more valuable.

I am a huge fan of Seth Rogen, and I give a lot of credit to Kevin Smith for his work, so I enjoyed this movie. It isn't great and is easily forgettable, but is very funny and worth the watch.

Hilarious movie. Another fine example of why Kevin Smith is brilliant. Just don't watch it with your parents...

Kevin Smith still has the edge on raunchy comedy. All the players are here - Jason Mewes, Jeff Anderson and Smith's wife. No, Smith has not grown up, but this brand of humor is perfectly suited for me - plus Star Whores? Gotta love that. I refuse to grow up, I love immature raunchy comedies and Smith is still king.

I actually was not too impressed by this film. It was unlike other Kevin Smith films in dialogue and themes. The film seemed more like a Judd Apatow film, with the fact that most of the film was comprised of dramatic questions and philosophical meanderings of thought. The title was suggestive, but the film was surprisingly not so. The one thing I appreciated about this movie is that, though controversial, it was certainly full of heart and charm.

I've seen all Kevin Smith's films, so why stop now? I definitely never would have never seen this film had it not the "Smith" name on it. Anyway, it has a few laughs, but it's childish. I've grown up, so why won't Kevin Smith? DUDE! Seriously, Elizabeth Banks is a good actress, better than Seth Rogen, but that's not saying much. Maybe she'll become a big star one day or maybe she'll just continue to be second-tier. It's not her fault per-se, but the Hollywood system who keeps handing her roles like these.

I am pretty sure that Jud Apatow wrote this. This is exactly like his movies. This is nothing like a Kevin Smith film, including the cast. Give it up Kevin, you are done. Quit copying the success of others. Funny movie, really lame plot.

Kevin Smith's writing/directing combined with Judd Apatow regular actors makes for a pretty good comedy.

Kevin Smith has fashioned a hilariously raunchy, but good-hearted comedy with immensely likable characters. It feels like a hybrid of Kevin Smith/Judd Apatow (with many appearances from Apatow regulars) which makes it score a bullseye. Final Grade: A-

The funniest movie of 2008. Finally a comedy as good as Superbad and Juno. Easily one of the best movies of the year. The movie had the many unexpected, and scenes that were just plane wrong -- which was the best part. The dialog was witty and entertaining and even though I wasn't a Seth Rogen fan before this movie I am now. If you want to laugh your ass off, this is the movie for you.
