The film centers around Brad (Vince Vaughn) and Kate (Reese Witherspoon), a happily UNmarried San Francisco couple who have a unique holiday tradition: Every Christmas for the last three years, they send their regrets to their parents that they won't be able to visit because they're performing charitable acts for destitute people in third world countries. Vaughn's semi-professional ultimate fighting brothers are played by country singer-turned movie star Tim McGraw and best friend Jon Favreau, who provides the films few laughs. more awkward moments of family embarrassment follow through visitng houses 2, 3, & 4. Vince Vaughn is funny but not reallly acting. He just being Vince Vaughn. I liked the character . Ithink Vince Vaghn fans will like this movie. Witherspoon, however looks like she can't keep up with his improve and comic timing. I just though she wasn't the right choice for this movie. i sometimes …
