First movie from the duo that brought us South Park. It's quite good, for a dirt cheap student film. Very funny at times and Trey Parker really shows that he has musical chops.

T His film is clearly made by students but talented students. The songs are very good and the jokes all work. The problems resulting from budget such as the set or the inexperience some odd moves and line readings actually can be funny do to that. You could almost call it a unintentional style. Anyways Trey Parker's songs are always good as are his jokes.

this movie is a gut-buster from start to finish. All the characters add an element of comedy. Matt and Trey are great but look for a great performance by "Swan" and the "Indian" Chief. A great soundtrack full of hilarious songs. If you don't like this movie you really need to have your funny bone examined. Only these guys could make cannibalism funny.

cannibal the musical is one of those movie you just cant watch once this movie just shows the early raw talents of Trey Parker a Matt Stone it based around the legend Alfred Packer (1842-1907)who was an American cannibal but that is not important what is important is the offbeat black humor which just draws and does not let up the drunken commentary track differently stands out on the dvd the only thing that i wonder is that if south park never took would i have seen this movie ah this movie a great buy for any south park fan
