Silent film that explores the human fascination with the dark arts. The presentation is of an informative documentary approach mixed with fictional skits. It's a brief history lesson and a visual fantasy at the same time. Not everything is played for horror. Some skits are dramatic, fanciful, or even humorous. It's a neat experiment that every film fan should check out.
