A young woman who seduces rich men in order to rob them is harrassed by an neighbour obsessed with his estranged daughter. Purporting to be film noir, this dismal straight to DVD effort is really nothing more than a deeply substandard stalker movie. A very young Uma Thurman is lovely to look at but is obviously taking her first faltering steps into cinema and clearly does not yet have the confidence to carry a film. The direction is clumsy and amateurish, the sound so badly recorded and mixed that the background traffic is often all you can hear and the cinematographer seems to think that "noir" means "pitch black".
