You'll dance, you'll cry, you'll enjoy immensely. This was one of the best movies i saw at Tribeca a couple years back. They did a cool little show after the premiere too. The movie follows these breakdance crews from all over the world leading up to the Battle of the Year - which is the ultimate prize for b-boys because if you win this, "you dope as hell" and your are forever known as a b-boy champ. But seriously, you should check it out just to see some of the moves these guys come up with....

Ok anyone who likes music and dancing should check this out! If you've seen MTV's ANBDC show - you might recognize some of the dancers from last year's winners. Hip-hop started with bboy dancing in the 80's but it never quite left and they still to this day have national championships on who's the best. This doc really gives you an inside look at what it's about, the meaning behind the dancing, the music and the culture that won't go away. It's pretty cool how you see this international competition takes over every country. it gets intense and makes you want to put on some old skool def jam and start dancing!
