Thierry is one vindictive son of a bitch. If I had a son like that, I'd abandon him in the desert... with no food or water. If you're into movies with lots of yelling that keep a depressing tone from beginning to end, this movie is definitely for you. I would've liked this a lot more if it didn't feel so choppy. Some scenes made me go "Huh?" because I didn't get the point of cutting scenes too early or showing a nondescript, insignificant scene. I did love the twist at the end; I thought it was done just right. Although the relationship between the brothers was kind of weird (they took a bath together... and they shampooed each other), I bought it because I thought, "Hey. They're French. They do weird things that my culture is not accustomed to." I would've liked it a lot more if there …
