Relentlessly paced fight scenes rescue a pretty routine cop movie. Jackie Chan's acrobatic skills in the action scenes is incredible. The humor is extremely hit-or-miss though.

Very silly, over the top action comedy. The fight choreography is great, and the outtakes during the credits are fun, but the first half is too cheesy for it to suddenly try to take itself seriously in the climax.
