Many great moments in this movie-the out of view kiss on the stairs, the Empire State reflection, the intimacy of prayer together and the sweet grandma. But..that...jig. Overall- A touching gem.

Though Grant and Kerr are excellent (especially during the film's climatic scene), 'An Affair to Remember' has enough sappiness and effusive sugar to give anyone who dares watch it diabetes.

A great movie that would be rated higher, however, there are these strange musical sequences that make no sense!! See anyway. #5 favorite Cary Grant film
