I would rate this as ZERO stars if I could do it. This is one of the absolute worst films I ever saw. I heard all about it, read about it, but didn't think it could possibly be that terrible. Trust me, it is. And like similar schlock like Reefer Madness or The Room, when it is not embarrassing in its production values, it is simply not that interesting to watch.

Made with incredible but endearing naivety, this sums up Ed Wood as a whole. Absolute genius in it's awfulness! A real party film to watch with friends and beers...hilariously bad!

How the hell do you rate a movie like Plan 9? It's the quintessential bad movie, cheap and obtuse and pieced-together. Awful acting, costumes, script and set. But it's so much fun to watch! (And one of the spacemen is played by Dudley Manlove, one of the best actor names ever.) I compromised with a three-star rating. One star for quality, but 4 stars for entertainment value. Get a case of cheap beer, invite some pals over, and act along with it. (More fun than Rocky Horror.)

I would rather not attach a star rating to this film because it is too hard to determine. Yes it is made poorly with bad acting, dialogue and special effects but it is enjoyable. I am sure you will laugh in this film maybe throughout. Was it intentional to be funny no but it is therefore it is entertaining. I would certainly suggest watching with people just to laugh at it. I would prefer to give this film no stars. It is incredibly amusing, the poor but somewhat complicated terrible script, and the under acting and especially the over acting by the alien Eros is hilarious, especially when he calls everybody idiots constantly.

A movie that was voted as the worst movie ever made. It is so bad, it si funny. If you watch the film, "Ed Wood" with Johnny Depp you will get a behind the scenes look at this masterpiece of bad acting and plot. Watch it just for the laughs! Especially the graveyard props made of cardboard, the cop rubbing his gun against his head and the flying saucers that are obviously hung on a string!

This could quite possibly the worst movie ever made. But, there's something also endearing about it. First, it's directed by Ed Wood, the worst director ever made. If you really want to know more about him, watch Tim Burton's movie, Ed Wood. It's also the last movie that Dracula, Bela Lugosi was in. I know, he died in 1956, but his good friend, Ed Wood, used archival footage. The special effects, are horrible, even for 1950's standards, but this movie proves, that if you believe in something hard enough, and you put your heartand sould into something, then it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. I suggest you see it.
