A real mold breaker of a movie. Turning both the sports drama and the conman comedy on their heads with a charismatic cast of characters, sharp script, and great sense of time and place.

They make a good team in movies. You can empathize with Woody's character because of how he's down on his luck most of the movie.

Actually a very smart film. The pairing of Harrelson and Snipes works fantastic. The banter and wit is fast and flows free. It's not so much about basketball as the men who play the game. A good mix of comedy and drama make this a winner.
