It's one-year later and the popular late-night cable access duo "Wayne" (Mike Myers) and "Garth" (Dana Carvey) have finally moved out of their parents' homes. "Casandra" (Tia Carrere), the beautiful Cantonese singer who began a relationship with "Wayne" in the first is on her way to stardom with the help of record producer "Bobby" (Christopher Walken), who goes as far as getting "Casandra" on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
"Wayne" and Casandra are having problems in their relationship, thanks to "Wayne's" jealousy over "Bobby", who would like to know the singer in the biblical sense.
