Despite being so simple, the plot feels needlessly complicated and gets upended by the convoluted final act. But honestly, "A View to a Kill" isn't as bad as its reputation suggests.

Roger Moore is as charming as ever as a screen presence. But he's too old to play an action lead in this relentlessly dumb entry into the James Bond series. Hoping to bank on the computer craze of the eighties, Christopher Walken plays a mad millionaire hoping to destroy Silicon Valley with an artificial earthquake. Okay...But in all honesty, Walken is the best thing about this dumb movie as one of the craziest and most ott Bond villains ever. Tanya Roberts is a gorgeous woman but she's a terrible actress;oddly fairing better in Sheena than this.

The worst Bond film by quite a long way. Walken is wasted, Grace Jones can't act and Moore hobbles through the "action" on a zimmer frame. Hopeless.

One of the weaker Bond entries. By this time, Roger Moore is a bit long in the tooth to pull off the sauve spy. While Christopher Walken is a good choice for villain, the story just can't match up to classic Bond adventures.

A drop from the previous entry. It's back to the goofy nature and muddled meandering of a few past Bonds staring Moore. Not a good one to end on his long run as the character.

A very poor bond film once again but there is some unintentional comedy to be found here. Not enough to recommend it though. Not a moment is believable about nor is it very entertaining. None of the action sequences are good and Roger Moore is far too old as Bond now and scenes involving him fighting are simply too hard to believe. The story is poor and does not involve a lot of interest and there is not a single satisfying action sequence. A side note is Christopher Walken as the Bond villain is surprisingly bad, he is not entertaining as he normally just automatically is.

An interesting Bond movie, but not so great. It features Christopher Walken which was great. But overall, there wasn't much going for it. Just the normal Bond stuff.
