Decidedly mediocre follow-up to The Fugitive. It's a cat and mouse game that gets tired after the first 30 minutes. It gets points for trying, but ultimately can't match the action, story or fun of The Fugitive.

Irene Jacob is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Too bad she had too much trouble with the English language in this one.
