Satisfies all the dreams of a teenage boy who loved the TV series, but too cartoony and silly to be taken seriously by anyone else. I don't really know if there can be a seriously good film about talking, pizza-loving turtles, but this isn't it.

It's probably the best of all of the Turtles movies. But, still not all that great.

I cannot count the number of times I have watched this movie. I wore out my VHS and had to get the DVD if that gives you some idea. Some of my love for this movie must be nostalgia. I've always loved the Turtles, but apart from that bias it is also a very well done family movie. Funny, entertaining, and well done.

Quite dark in a good way, almost too dark to be a childs movie. This is one even adults can enjoy over and over again. Best of the Turtle movies by far. Great storyline, excellent acting. Don't miss this one.
