I saw this absolutely ages ago, before who I knew who Kevin Spacey and Benicio Del Toro were. And I liked it a lot. A savagely funny black comedy in which an obnoxious, egotistical studio exec makes his knew assistants life such a misery, he finally snaps and takes his creative and gleefully sadistic revenge. A quality satire of corporate america.

Kevin Spacey is one of the only people who could've yelled hilarious insults for 90min straight and been this fun to watch. This is one dark comedy worth checking out.

Kevin Spacey should have won an Oscar in this dark comedy about life in Hollywood. Spacey is the boss of little Frank Whaley who is to be belittled at every command to earn his way in the movie studio. If there was ever a more hated boss on film I have never seen it. Spacey's best performance of his career...it's really unfortunate that this movie is not a well known title. Look for a lesson on the difference between equal and sweet and low.

I liked this movie but my opinion changed moment from moment, deciding who to root for and if I should be rooting for them. I picked up a couple hot tips from Kevin Spacey. Schmooze the big bosses.
