Well I couldn't quite get sucked into the Star Wars hype, but this nevertheless is a solid action/adventure outing which stands as my favored of the trilogy.

You might make a top 100 favorite movies, but if you have to make a top list with movies that changed cinema forever, then I think would be shorter. Episode IV is one of those. Although, it doesn't has the depth of 2001, it has the mithology. Is not that enough? It's. Revolutionary special effects and a timeless plot. You might not like it, but at least you will recognize the influence that will carry on its shoulders for the rest of films.

Through all its flaws this is still one of the best stories of all time. Amazing special effects for its time and fantastic directing really push this movie over the top. The acting by Mark Hamill could always be better.

A little cheese never hurt anyone when its this much fun! Flying ships, outer space all make this a must see for everyone in the world (although they probably already have).
