A brilliant horror comedy straight from jolly ol England. A fun cult classic and one of the best films I've ever seen.

What a perfect way to end a movie chock-full of death than with the song "You Make Me Live". Shaun of the Dead, like "Zombieland" though it has a lack of plot, it's still really fun and entertaining. It's really gory, it actually made me gag once (sorry TMI). So if you don't like that kind of stuff I guess you shouldn't watch (or you could just close your eyes, but then you're not really watching the movie). Zombie comedies are really funny. Why didn't someone think of this genre earlier? It's funny, it's scary and it British, what more could you want? My suggestion: Unless you really hate gore, definitely watch it!

A fun British romp headlined by Simon Pegg and a load of zombies.

This is a great movie. It is sweet and loving romance of a slacker guy trying to win back his girlfriend with zombies thrown in there. The cricket bat is the ultimate anti-zombie weapon. It is awesome. The characters are lovable and you are pulling for them to all make it through the zombie attack.

In conclusion: This movie was great. Sheer awesomeness. The characters seemed realistic and were halarious. A great comedy for anyone. My favorite part is when they threw silverware at the zombies, then a basket. Overall, I give this movie 8.5/10.

Pulls off horror, comedy AND romance. One of my cherished faves.

I find myself bored after the first hour was up. And in the first 20minutes of this film I could not keep my eyes open. There must be something about english humor that I did not find funny at all. The most entertaining part for me was when Shaun was in his flat cooking his plan about saving her mother. This to me was like watching a comedic spoof of resident evil. Whacking the zombies was funny at first and then it gets a bit boring in the end.

A damn good comedy/horror. It is pretty intelligent, too. The problem is it bores me after a while of all the gore and cheese. Grindhouse is better.
