Masterpiece for Horror Fans

This was not the first Friday the 13th movie i saw. I saw the second one first. Why? I heard Jason wasn't in this one. So I avoided it. Recently, me and some friends were looking for a good movie and decided to rent this. First Thing: The Girls were hiding behind the couch. The guys were grabbing the cushions like they were holding on for dear life. Friday the 13th is honestly one of the scariest movies i have ever seen, if not THE scariest. It's really the only good "Slasher" horror movie.....besides Halloween 2 or H20. Jason IS in this film... but only at the very end, and he doesn't have the hockey mask and he's a little boy. Honestly, at that point me and my friends though all the scary parts were over..... Boy were we wrong. When Jason showed up, everybody basicly jumped back so fast we almost knocked the couch over.

Sorry if you found that boring, but i just wanted to show the effects this movie can have on people. I'll talk more about the movie now:

"Friday the 13th" is about a summer camp that is being repared by the camp managment. Slowly, each and every one of them disappears.We never see the killer, which is why it is really scary. We don't know who we are dealing with. Almost Every kill is shown from the killers view. The kills are very bloody-several wounds just basicly spurt blood. Near the end, Mrs. Vooheers arrives, at first she is confused about what happened, then she goes after the one remaining girl, telling her the story of how her son drown in the lake. She gets decapitated. Then just when the girl thinks she's safe, Jason pops out of nowhere.

Every Horror fan knows this movie- because up to the point this movie came out, the scariest movie was "The Exorcist", which we look back on and laugh at. This movie is 100% horror, and will scare the living shit out of people who aren't ready.

The story is great, one of the best horror plots. Camp managment attempts to repare the camp and they are all brutally killed. Then when Mrs. Vooheers appears, you think it's over.... but it's not. And Jason's cameo-an OMG moment if there ever was any.

I highly recomend this movie to almost everyone. Great story and Great kills make "Friday the 13th" a must-see for all horror fans. Beware- there are two full on sex scenes.... if your under 21 don't watch this with your girlfriend.
