Smooth Hollywood thriller

An overwrought, but acceptable version of the plot that failed to kill Hitler; Cruise blends in nicely to his character and there's some genuine suspense to be found, despite knowing the outcome. What helps is the meticulous location shooting and the seamless supporting cast of familiars, even though no one bothers to alter their original accents. Final Grade: B
